Summary
They say you should never meet your heroes, but Skeppy never had to worry about that, as the only person he really looked up to was a fictional character.
At least, he never had to worry about it until the final book in the Manhunt series came out, and the events that transpired, starting from the minute he read its first chapter, changed everything. No matter how many hours he had spent scouring over the series, reading between the lines and replaying fight scenes over and over in his head, it didn’t at all help prepare him to see who these ‘characters’ actually were.
Disclaimer: I am writing about characters based on personas, not real people, so obviously real names will not be used, because don’t ship real people guys, and don’t show this to the ccs ty.

"You are making me want to throw myself into Hell again," Bad said, in that exasperated tone Skeppy had come to know so well, "and that's not a compliment."
Skeppy crossed his arms. "Then why am I in your house?"
"It's for surveillance purposes," Bad said primly. "An angel couldn't possibly understand the dark ways of Hell."
Skeppy raised an unimpressed eyebrow. "And why are you baking me muffins?"
Bad faltered, staring down at the egg he just cracked. "...Muffins are an ancient demonic murder technique."
The affection in Skeppy’s laugh must have been painstakingly obvious because Bad, too flustered to figure out a comeback, chucked a wooden spoon at him.
Perhaps Skeppy should have foreseen that, if falling from Heaven was possible, falling for a demon was too.

_______________________________After deciding to explore the old school building he eats lunch in every day Zak, a freshman having a miserable start to his "highschool experience" amid his parent's divorce and the absence of his friends, finds an abandoned journal belonging to somebody named Darryl from 1998. Naturally, he snatches it up and begins reading it.
Unnaturally, a few weeks later, words start writing right before his eyes. And even worse, he starts writing back.
