Summary
It was one mistake. Unfortunately, Bucky’s father doesn’t see it that way, and only barely stops him from going to jail. To make up for it though, Bucky has to perform community service at an alpha ward, where the rare alphas of society are housed away from the populace.

Dabi has never hidden his presentation from the rest of the League but that does not mean he's prepared for Toga to tell him his heat is going to hit in a few days out of nowhere. He hasn't ever had a heat somewhere so safe and with so many other people around and despite Shigaraki insisting that they aren't a pack, Dabi wants something from each of them in his nest. Which means something from their fearless leader as well. Their fearless leader who has been hiding his presentation this whole time. It's not so much a slippery slope as it is a cliff dive going from finding out to asking Duster to share his heat with him.
They should have brought a muzzle because now they're mated and the whole League thinks they've been dating so that they can desperately try to save face until one of their next cycles so they can break the bond. That won't be for months though. A lot can happen between now and then.
