Summary
AU - When Tommy Kinard returns to the 118 during the events of 05x11, he knows that he is grounded for insubordination and a lapse in professionalism; he chose to transfer to the 118 during his grounding because while he's stuck on the ground, he might as well come back home. Except, when he returns to the place that had once been home, he meets a charming, over-enthused golden retriever who unlocks something within him, and he in turn awakens Evan Buckley's bisexuality while Evan is dating Taylor Kelly. What happens when the two have a little too much beer after a victorious rescue? And how would Evan react to realizing that he is attracted to men just as much as he is attracted to women?

Summary
Buck doesn't rescind his transfer request and gets offered a place at another station. And yeah, maybe transferring to another firehouse after everything they had been through lately wasn’t what was best for the 118.
But maybe it was best for Buck.
There is a small catch however - the station where they have offered to send him? The 217.
Great.

Summary
And maybe it’s just that he’s tired of being sad all the time, but instead of wanting to cry about Tommy giving up on them, he’s just angry. He’s more than angry, he’s furious. He’s ‘my best friend just told strangers I’m not important to him’ angry. He’s ‘my family lied to me my entire life about the reason I was born’ angry. He’s ‘my boss lied to keep me from coming back to work’ angry. He wants to scream, wants to get in his car and keep driving until he doesn’t recognize anything around him.
He wants to be someone else, someone who people stay for.
After Bobby's death, Buck finds himself homeless and alone in his grief. He falls asleep in a cheap hotel room and wakes up years earlier in what seems like a vivid dream, except then it happens again. And again, and again, until finally he has to face the possibility that he's come unstuck in time.
