Summary
For three years Gilbert and Roderich have been dating. By most Midwestern standards, that means they’re way past due on getting married and buying a house with a white picket fence. And so, Gilbert goes searching for a ring.

Summary
Blindsided by his first ever boyfriend dumping him in the middle of a restaurant, Ludwig is brought along to a skiing trip with his obnoxious older brother Gilbert and said older brother’s “situationship,” Roderich. It just so happens that Ludwig has harbored a secret crush on Roderich for years, and maybe skiing in the frozen Swiss Alps will be the final push needed to acknowledge his feelings for the older man.
One-sided(?) GerAus with vaguely defined PruAus and yesterday’s news GerIta on the side. Modern day human AU. One M-rated scene but mostly it’s just embarrassing on Ludwig’s part. Written for Hetalia Austria Week 2025 Day 4: “On the Slopes”!

Let's eat! Variously ficlets that take place in my Ristorante Rosso AU, where in the "present day" of the fic, Gilbert is the manager of an Italian restaurant in Minneapolis. There are all sorts of characters who make up the Ristorante Rosso AU, so this is a chance to delve into them deeper.

Summary
Gilbert is the manager of an upscale Italian restaurant owned by the eccentric Roma in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis. His by-the-books-smart-but-otherwise-dumb-as-hell younger brother, Ludwig, moves to attend law school in the city and gets dragged into Gilbert's roving cast of characters at the restaurant.
Human AU set in Minneapolis. Fics take place across various times. Main (end) relationships: GerIta, PruAus, Spamano (nyo!South Italy).
Terribly self-indulgent and a bit of a love letter to the restaurant industry. Ristorante Rosso and Il Lupo Rosso can be read as standalone, the ficlets in Mangiamo! as well as That's Amore! probably benefit from the context of the main fics.

Summary
CURRENTLY ON INDEFINITE HAITUS AS OF 2025
Gilbert and Roderich enter a friends with benefits agreement at the beginning of their sophomore year of college as the culmination of a long and complicated history, but things get even more complicated when Gilbert begins to have feelings for his friend and bed partner. The series centers around Gilbert and Roderich's relationship and everything that surrounds it.
The oneshots don't necessarily have to be read in order, but some make more sense when read that way than others! Additionally, the Gilbert and Roderich in this AU are not particularly pious people, as the series title implies, and there will be sexual content, drug use, and underaged drinking covered in these fics. The Basics: Roderich is a music major concentrating in piano performance and Gilbert is a physics major; they both grew up in upper New Jersey, where Gilbert's younger brother is still finishing his last year of high school.
The series title is from the song 'Sleeping With A Friend' by Neon Trees.
