Summary
Quiet mornings, a shared breakfast between two. It is as blissful of a morning anyone could have, deep in the garden, teeming and alive. But the flowers chatter, the winds swirl and in such quiet circumstances one contemplates, old memories, old separations.
Arthur almost forgets what day it was.

Somewhere far away in the midst of a world meeting Kiku plans to host a dinner with a select few guests in mind. Arthur is unconvinced at first opting to join another gathering instead. But as the day continues Arthur finds himself helping out with the preparations. In the end he comes to realise he quite enjoys the company, and more so how the thought of Kiku never seems to leave him.

In the far future humanity had fled their dying planet in search for a new home. Arthur and his family are part of the many that have been left behind. They stay in a village, secluded from the outside where the long days boil, faces intermerge and life flourishes.
With the many people he meets, he watches and learns from it all. One of those being Kiku and the two spend their days together in the fields.
