Revali slowly turned to stare hard at Link, dots slowly connecting in his mind. “If you’ve been purposefully dirtying yourself because of that, I’m going to throw you out a window”.
Link’s guilty chuckle was not a good answer.
And that’s why Revali was trying to throw Link out the window when Teba arrived to ask where the basin was. No Teba, Revali hasn’t snapped and proclaimed war on the hylians, just the one. No Teba, Revali’s not going to kill him as soon as you turn your head. Yes Teba, the hylian was asking for it.
In which Link is not a knight, and the things it changes.

Summary
Calamity Ganon has been defeated, at long last. Perhaps it is a miracle of Hylia's making, or perhaps it is merely a pleasant side effect of Sheikah science mixing with Zelda's magic. Whatever the cause, the fact remains that Link's fellow champions are, miraculously, back!
Or, at any rate, three of them are back from the dead: Mipha, Urbosa, Daruk. It stands to reason that Revali too would have returned from the grave. But where is he?
(In completely unrelated news, the bard Kass has recently taken on an apprentice: another Rito who can't recall a thing about his past, not even his own name.)

Summary
Link grows up playing Dungeons & Dragons with his neighbor Zelda, her moms, and a few other friends. It makes for the best few years of his life, before the DM is murdered and the group falls apart. Years later, in college, Link and Zelda reconnect—and, alongside a few new friends, start up a new campaign, not expecting anything more from it than maybe a bit of closure. Little does anyone know, a much larger conspiracy has been afoot for almost a decade now...
