Harry returns to Hogwarts, hoping to find a sign of what to do with his life, now that the war is over and his previous purpose, defeating Voldemort, is done. He finds that purpose, but not in the way he had expected. Thankfully Harry had always been the adventurous sort and never shied away from unusual situations.

Marcus Flint was big and burly with beef on his arms and strength in his shoulders. He was mean and dismissive and rough around the edges. He was bad, not in the malicious, conniving way someone like Draco Malfoy perhaps was, but bad in the way those boys that hung around his cousin were, with a sneer on their face, breath stinking of cigarette smoke and calluses on their knuckles.

Summary
Naruto hadn't renounced to his future and his friends to save the world, not even to save a few lives. His decision had been purely selfish. It had been an opportunity to start anew and to break away from everybody's expectations.
He wanted to create his own path, very different from the one that Kurama had shown him– married to a girl he didn’t love and trapped with a job he hated–, and to give Sasuke a true chance at happiness. The first step was to leave Konoha right before the Chuunin exams. Now Sasuke and he must find out Itachi's whereabouts and together, the three of them, embrace a new path full of danger, emotions, recriminations and love.
But where will this new road lead them?
