Peter instinctively grabbed at his ribs, the source of some of the pain. Wincing, he patting around his suit. He needed help. He knew he needed help. If he didn't get help he could die. A pained gasp slipped out as he touched a wound. His gloved hand came back wet. He was screwed. Finally his hand landed on his phone. He pulled it out, and prayed it was still in-tact. Thankfully, it was. Blinking away some of the blur in his eyes, he dialed a number he hoped was right.
"Spidey! What has you calling at this time of night? Are you finally agreeing to go on a midnight burrito run??" An excited voice exclaimed on the other side of the phone.

Summary
When the Avengers find a malnourished, traumatized, enhanced teen in a Hydra base, they manage to convince SHIELD that the kid is better off in the Compound than the SHIELD Headquarters.
Peter Parker thinks his luck might finally be changing for the better, until he hears a conversation between Captain America and Iron Man that terrifies him--if the superheroes find out that Peter was an assassin for Hydra, he feels certain they'll kick him out--or worse, send him to the Raft for a punishment he surely deserves.
Can the Spider manage to keep his bloodied past a secret from a room full of mind readers, spies and military? It'll certainly prove harder than he'd thought.

However, what Thomas doesn’t know is that Newt survived, and manages to get the serum in time. He, Mihno, Brenda, and the others fight to get him back, and save him from a life as a human blood bank. (Along the way however, they run into other familiar faces)
While the others fight to save Thomas, he spirals in and out of the waking world as Teresa battles with her conscience.AKA: AU where far too many people survive when they originally died, and Thomas is taken as a source for the cure. Soon enough, the Gladers break out and Thomas is reintroduced to his old life, but he isn't sure if he's ready to settle back into it yet.
Or, the gladers if they were supernatural and an eventual crossover of Teen Wolf. (Doesn’t start until roughly chapter 14).

Now before Peter is standing a little boy, ten at the most. The little boy eyes Peter suspiciously for a second before sniffing his wrist. “You smell good,” The boy tells him, “Why do you smell so good?”
