“There is no home to go to, Ekko.”
“I’ll take you to my home. We have clean water and food and… you can take my bed and the blankets. Don’t you— don’t you want that? Just rest a little and get warm?” Ekko put his coat around her and squeezed her bony shoulders. “I’ll warm you up and then you can sleep for as many hours as you want. Does it sounds good? Food… and sleep?”
