Summary
Dirty old man!Price and brat!Soap but from Price's POV where he's been watching Soap for a long time but being subtle about it, and it's only when he wants Soap to know he's watching that Soap starts doing things to attract Price's attention.
Maybe at some point Soap admits he likes knowing that Price is watching him, and Price chuckles, low and dark and tells him he's always looking, even if Soap can't tell, and Soap just does a full body shiver at the idea that Price is looking at him secretly.
Maybe it becomes a game. Soap always trying to determine when Price is watching him and when Price is watching him.

Summary
