Business major, class of ’22, Kim Geonwoo has gone through countless team projects thanks to his department’s nature. And countless times he’s faced teammates who ditch for the most random excuses. Grandpa’s memorial. Grandma’s birthday. Couldn’t find a substitute for their part-time shift. At this point, he basically has a manual sorted out for how to respond to each excuse.

posted by u/overworkedunderpaidcoach • 9 hours agoFor context; I (M26) have been out as a bisexual man for 8 years of my life. After some bumps, incognito Google searches and ‘am I gay’ quizzes, I came out when I was 17. Things were rough but my friends and family helped me through it.
Fast forward to where I am now, I’m a coach to a high school volleyball team.
