    WOAH this was just so so so soft and tender! I love this fic it makes me feel all mushy inside! Hualian growing closer in their developing relationship ~ the intimacy and love here is palpable! Love this sm. (for my future reference: this is the apartment one- I actually like this the best out of the modern au Hualian I've been reading lately).

    aww this was fun!!! I love the Princess Bride theme au~ this fic has just the right amount of silliness, fairytale vibes and plot convenience that captures the vibe of the movie~ Wish they had had the part where Buttercup and Wesley go on an escape journey together but that would have just been an extra bit of fun. Not entirely sold on Tianlang-jun's characterisation here- but we need an antagonist to the story and I do think that might just be me forgetting that he's not just a silly goose romance lover but also a violent goose- ya know with a knife between it's teeth.

    Luo Binghe develops a gap in his memory, one that is shaped specifically like Shen Qingqiu.


    “Binghe, speak to this master,” Shen Qingqiu says firmly, and Luo Binghe gives him a strange look. Shen Qingqiu can’t place it and he leans forward, intending to get closer to see better. But the hand around his wrist instantly tightens to the point where it hurts, and Shen Qingqiu lets out a squawk of pain.

    “Binghe—!”

    “Why do you keep calling me like that?” Luo Binghe returns, and Shen Qingqiu’s eyes widen at the way the words are devoid of any emotion. It is nothing though, compared to the force of what Luo Binghe says next. “Who are you?”

    Such a relief when Binghe finally regained his memories! The reverence and adoration Binghe holds for Shen Qingqiu is very apparent when in direct contrast with his cursed self. Binghe with no memory of any love is honestly almost scarier than Bing-ge. I love how poetic it is that Shen Qingqiu now has a scar over his heart as well for Binghe. The vision of them in the epilogue is tender and magical.

    awwwwwwwwww this was also just so sweet! Reunion fic~ So little angst so it's not as satisfying but some fresh air after the angsty and manipulative blackened Binghe in the other fics I've been reading lately.
