Summary
A grin pulls across Childe’s face. “So, what’ll it be this time?”
Zhongli is already down both rings, one glove, his jacket, his tie, and a shoe. The game should be easy—and yet he is losing. Miserably. Childe has only shucked off his jacket.
Annoyed, Zhongli reaches for his glove.
“No, no, that’s not the deal,” Childe says, leaning across the table.
Zhongli holds his hand over the table, somewhat less annoyed as Childe’s teeth scrape over each of his fingers, pinching at the tips to pull the glove loose and then off. But not even the heat smoldering in his belly from his lover’s touch can ease all of the irritation; not when he keeps losing.
When Childe plays another winning hand, Zhongli sits back. “You’re cheating,” he says.
Childe and Zhongli play strip poker. They both end up winning, after a fashion.
