formely Fate/Lost Miracles (working title) (I finally figured out a title!)
The Holy Grail War. Using the manifestations of humanity's greatest heroes and legends, seven Mages duel to the death (or incapaciation, whichever comes first) for the ultimate wish-granting vessel: The Holy Grail.
Though the means of the ritual was lost after the disastruous results of the Fourth Grail War held in Japan, someone has managed to recreate it in the densely populated heart of Paris, against all the tenets of secrecy of Magecraft.
And Marinette Dupain-Cheng, a paranormal girl trying to be content with a normal life, will find that not all wishes should be granted.

A young man finds himself to be the unwilling successor to his grandfather's Miraculous, an accursed thing that eats magic.
In a Paris where Hawkmoth's stalemate with Paris' Heroes has gone on far longer than anyone expected, in a Paris who now takes Akuma Attacks like a bout of bad weather, perhaps this was a blessing.
Or perhaps, this was simply a curse disguising itself as such. For such dark flames care not what feeds it, after all.
