Kakashi's face was uncovered and there was blood on his shockingly revealed lips, she noted blearily, staring at his handsome jaw, his elegant albeit somewhat crooked nose, his strong chin. When she managed to drag her gaze up, his eyes—which were usually a pretty grey—were black, his pupils blown out so that only the barest hint of his irises were visible, like staring into an eclipse. He was still throbbing and twitching inside her, still grinding his come deeper into her body, and when his nearly awed gaze drifted down towards the pain throbbing at the juncture of her shoulder, Naruto remembered why there was blood on his lips.
He’d just claimed her.

Summary
Naruto is ABSOLUTELY not one of these so-called "dragon phemes," thank you very much, and she'll be on her way back to the city and far away from these dragonfolk just as soon as she recovers from her brief, humiliating stint as a dragon-fighting gladiator. She most certainly has no desire to stay, no interest in this Kakashi character, and no belief whatsoever that the rune on her belly could possibly mean that she's meant to become a mother of dragons.

Naruto didn’t know. Had no way of knowing. But she started to suspect. Started to spend her evenings at the beach, watching the water for that mostly-human face, thinking about the stories her mother used to tell her about mermaids. How they were intelligent enough to be kind, but also intelligent enough to be cruel. How they were carnivorous. How they were known to snatch dogs and unattended children from the docks late at night. How beautiful their singing was underwater. There was no such thing as mermaids, she’d been told when she’d tried to go to the library a year or so after her mother passed to learn more, and she wasn’t welcome there with the normal children anyway, so she might as well go back to her whore mother’s shack.
