Summary
What happens when the Imperium’s most reluctant hero is born into the Wizarding World instead? What if he lands the Defense Against the Dark Arts position during Harry Potter’s second year?
Follow Ciaphas Cain, a decorated if mysterious veteran of the First Wizarding War, as he stumbles into events far larger, darker, and more dangerous than he would ever prefer. Expect misunderstandings, convenient accidents and lots and lots of lamenting by a protagonist who insists that none of this was his idea.
No prior knowledge of Warhammer 40,000 is required, though readers familiar with Ciaphas Cain may notice that some habits are impossible to unlearn, even with a wand in hand.
