Summary
Tonight it so happened that the blizzard outside raged harder than most evenings. More than once you thought the walls of the cabin would come undone against the snow slamming against the structure. At least once you thought you heard ice clacking against the roof— Witches you hoped that there wasn't going to be hail tonight. You'd hate to crawl up tomorrow to check the damage, and fix it too.
"You're shivering." Dark Choco Cookie rarely ever spoke up unless you were the one starting the conversation. Even then it was typically more of a statement than a proper invitation for conversation. That's what it felt like most times, at least.
He was observant. Not that it took a genius to notice when someone was shaking like a shaved down snow lion that had the displeasure of plunging into some ice water.
"The fire's already stoked, there isn't much else to do asides from wait until the storm to pass," You mumbled softly.
