Shortly thereafter, as the recently purchased property of the scum villain Shen Qingqiu himself, Shen Yuan had to wonder if maybe that first thought wouldn’t have been so bad after all. At least Luo Binghe had the protagonist halo! Never in a million years would the protagonist have had to endure the humiliation of being dragged kicking and screaming into the home of the scum villain, who… might not be that scummy after all?

Summary
Shen Jiu was dirty, exhausted and rightfully wary when he followed Qi-Ge now known as Yue Qingyuan to his sect, to meet his Shizun and fellow martial siblings.
He expected to fight tooth and nail for respect, he expected to dig until he bled to crave a place for himself on the mountain. To be met with hostility or some kind of pain.
What he had no expected however, was to be met with open arms, getting spoiled by every single head disciple and peak lord he spoke to, followed and protected by their resident war god, have his every wish catered to as well as be given the position of a head disciple almost right away.
Just what is wrong with the sect!? Are they all insane??

Or: a year before Shen Jiu joined the sect, the entire Qing generation of head disciples were cursed by gods for sins they committed in their past lives. Their only chance to redeem themselves and fix their mistakes was to make it up to the reincarnation of the person they had hurt.
The person being the newest edition to their sect. The green eyed, sarcastic but adorable martial sibling. Shen Jiu.
Or: a time travel fix it, except no one remembers anything but they still must fix it somehow...

Now his system keeps giving him cat-related missions such as ‘cats must play!’ or ‘all cats purr!’ and even ‘cats often go into heat!’. Ignore that last one, actually.
So begins Shen Yuan’s balancing act of completing these nonsensical missions, hiding his identity, and staying on the good side of the super tsundere, cat-like man known as Shen Jiu, who keeps saying stuff like ‘I’ll kill you if I find out you’re a demon’.
TDLR; this whole fic is an elaborate excuse to write catboy!SY going into heat.
