Summary
Veigar is a yordle, not that somebody managed to see beneath the fog he always keeps on hiding his face and the robes with more metal than cloth on them. His experience in the Immortal Bastion left him scarred in the body and the mind while the memories of that place still haunt him to the present day. Currently, he is fighting the freezing wind in Freljord trying to retrieve an artefact to aid him in the conquest of Runeterra to prove to everyone just how evil he can be.
While exploring some ruins, he finds himself teleported into a surprisingly welcoming mansion. In said isolated place lives a young man, whose benevolence and kindness shake something in the yordle. What if just for once, Veigar would let loose, drop the mask of the villain and try to act like his true self?
To better say, the story of how Veigar meets someone capable of glimpsing the good in him. Someone who sees right through the evil facade and does their best to slowly chip away the yordle's insecurities. The result is a bond forged on trust, understanding and...something more. Though to get there, some mistakes were made.

To keep it short: this is an alternative universe in which Purgatory does exist as a "land" between Hell and Heaven with his own hierarchs and values (if you want to know every detail the first chapter is an explanation of the alternative universe).
Despite other characters created by myself being mentioned, only two of them have the starring role: Spem, one of the rulers of Purgatory and his hand-forged pet and partner Vehnx. Those two have been sent, not so eagerly, to investigate and discover if the theory suggested by Lucifer's daughter, Charlie, could be applied to Hellborns as well.
Mind that updates will probably be quite slow.

I'll ultimately fail to put into these stories how much this character means to me. How much he helped me through everything.
Wanting to give him the happiness he deserved is the reason I picked up writing in the first place and, to this day, he's the main reason I post here.This is meant to be a collection of stories, shenanigans and universes involving a yordle with villainous and chaotic tendencies paired with a kind-hearted young man.
