Saki claims she found a magic book of curses in Kotaro's study, and Sakura wants to believe in him that its not his. (Because if its his, does that mean he's used it? Has he used it on her? Is that why she suffered from memory loss?)
Wanting to prove he's innocent, and that she's not submissive to him like all the rest of the girls claim she is, she curses him with a random curse because she doesn't even believe its a real book of curses.
To her (and Kotaro's) absolute horror, picking a random curse was a bad move, and it's a curse of prostate stimulation. And the only cure is for Sakura to help stimulate him.
What Sakura assumes is a very humiliating and embarrassing time for both of them, unfortunately goes well and Sakura learns she has a kink for dominating bratty men to her absolute horror. And while she tries to figure out how to get Kotaro to let her peg him again, he goes through various degrees of identity crisis over if he's allowed to enjoy thing, and if there was any dubious consent involved towards Sakura even though he was the one cursed.A very long pegging fic.
