Saki claims she found a magic book of curses in Kotaro's study, and Sakura wants to believe in him that its not his. (Because if its his, does that mean he's used it? Has he used it on her? Is that why she suffered from memory loss?)
Wanting to prove he's innocent, and that she's not submissive to him like all the rest of the girls claim she is, she curses him with a random curse because she doesn't even believe its a real book of curses.
To her (and Kotaro's) absolute horror, picking a random curse was a bad move, and it's a curse of prostate stimulation. And the only cure is for Sakura to help stimulate him.
What Sakura assumes is a very humiliating and embarrassing time for both of them, unfortunately goes well and Sakura learns she has a kink for dominating bratty men to her absolute horror. And while she tries to figure out how to get Kotaro to let her peg him again, he goes through various degrees of identity crisis over if he's allowed to enjoy thing, and if there was any dubious consent involved towards Sakura even though he was the one cursed.A very long pegging fic.

Having to feel like you're gonna explode every time you see this girl was more than he could handle. But she was more than 'this girl'. She was Emu, always filled with happiness, who makes your worries melt away each and every second you're with her.
He devises a plan. A terrible plan, but something's better than nothing. His plan fails miserably, to say the least.

No, just some girl doesn’t cut it. She’s more than that. She’s a chaotic explosion of wonder and smiles. She, as annoying as she can be sometimes, was a talented individual who just wanted to make others happy.
Tsukasa found that to be an admirable trait of hers. He understood that goal and seeing her ambition to fulfill it brought him determination to do his part.
Nonetheless, he could only scream into his pillow when the realization that he liked this stubborn princess more than he thought had hit him.
