Summary
"Want to do this again sometime?" Catra asks as she stares at Adora's chest and trails her eyes up to her arms, biting her lip.
Adora’s heart thuds in her ears. "You can sit on my face any day of the week that ends with a Y." She blurts out quickly. That's decidedly not casual Adora. She gets to hear Catra’s high-pitched laugh so it's kind of worth it.
Catra bites her lip as if trying to curb her laughter. "I'll keep that in mind. See you around Adora." Her low voice gives Adora goosebumps, reminding her what it sounded like when she whispered in Adora's ear as she came. Adora hopes for a kiss but receives a wink instead as Catra closes the door behind her.
She walks out of Adora's dorm like she hasn't just become the owner of all of Adora's thoughts. It's three in the morning. She really wishes Catra had stayed, maybe let Adora hold her while she slept. It's probably for the best that it didn't happen.

Catra is kind enough to try to hold back her smile.
“Well, you just made this super awkward,” she breathes out. “I was gonna ask if your friend was single. You're hot and all. But every word out of your mouth has been a total bummer, not gonna lie.”
Adora has died and gone to lesbian hell. She always knew it would come to this.
__Adora Gray's life is on track, just the way she likes it – ever steady, no surprises. And then Catra Morgan crashes her birthday party and turns everything upside down by dating her best friend Glimmer and making Adora fall for her.
That's fine! Adora is not panicked at all, thank you very much. She has some detailed, multi-step plans to ignore her growing feelings and navigate this all. But Catra, and her past, have a pesky tendency of showing up and throwing everything for a loop.

‘Do the opposite of what your gut says.’ But Adora's gut has kept her alive and mostly safe all this time. It can't be completely wrong. Cause it's definitely saying she should pretend to be a houseplant and maybe Catra will forget and go to sleep and neither of them will ever have to be disappointed.

Ah. That ex-girlfriend. The not-girlfriend ex-girlfriend. Whom she’d very rashly and stupidly kissed exactly once even though the look in Miranda’s eyes had quickly gone from startled to aroused and she’d fled to avoid complicating their relationship further, slept with perhaps the worst man in existence, taken very high praise very badly in a fit of erroneous righteousness, and abandoned her at the worst possible time.
Or; Miranda’s in a little bit of hot water, and Andy might be just the colander she needs.

The narrative she’d provided is the absolute truth except that she had spontaneously made a move as a surprise even to herself while still in her employ. And she’d never truly believed Miranda was straight. Miranda had looked at her too much and too intensely to be heterosexual.
Overall pretty good. Has great dialogue and is very quippy, however it has strange quotes like,
“Yep. Gonna sell you into white slavery at the next opportune moment, too.”
