Summary
Two years after losing Merlin to the veil between the worlds, Arthur finally repeals the ban on magic. It should be relatively plain sailing from there, except that it's not: his people still regard magic with distrust, no sorcerer would come forward, and Arthur finds himself unable to appoint a Court Sorcerer.
