It had been a week since Morgana returned to Camelot. A week of smiling at Uther. A week of playing the role of the perfect Lady the King had tried to mould her into. A week of reconnecting with Arthur after years of keeping him at arm’s length. She found that he was not the mirror of Uther she had once thought him to be. For the first time in a long while, she understood what Merlin saw in him. She had had her doubts, but now she was sure of it. Arthur could be a great King someday, but he needed all the help he could get, and one part of helping him was telling him the truth.
