She’d visited Camelot on behalf of her father, to offer their support. A war is coming and everyone knows it. Nemeth is a large kingdom and a wealthy one, and while King Arthur has been a loyal and trusted friend, this partnership is not without risk. Morgana has been doing her best to interfere with Arthur’s plans and scare off allies.
Arthur had offered her a small contingency of knights to escort her to the border between Nemeth and Camelot, where further reinforcements would accompany her the rest of the way. They’d left at first light, intending on stopping at an inn for the night, only a few miles away from the divide between their two kingdoms. Arthur had planned the route, the inn, and sent messages ahead to Nemeth of where exactly to meet. There shouldn’t have been any flaws.

He leads her into the room, clean, and with the sole bed conspicuous in the centre. There's very little space around it to move, but at least it’s private. There’s a screen in one corner, and when Mithian peeks behind it she finds a tin bath tub, pushed up against the wall, taking up yet more space. "I'm afraid this is the only room available, my lady. I shall give you as much privacy as I am able, but I must insist I cannot leave you unguarded." His voice holds a small challenge, his lips the hint of a smirk, daring her to insist she can be left alone in a strange inn in a kingdom not her own.
Leon and Mithian stop for the night on the way back to Nemeth.

After Arthur disobeyed his father and retrieved the Mortaeus flower for Merlin's cure, Arthur's frantic pleading to save Merlin led to a misunderstanding that actually convinced Uther to take the flower to Gaius.
Now all Arthur has to do is explain to Merlin why Uther thinks they are lovers.
And while Uther is supportive of the relationship, he requires it kept secret. But in his paranoia, Uther misinterprets every innocent interaction between the two as something far more intimate, to the embarrassment of everyone involved.

Arc 3 - (chapters 71+, in progress) What happens when your father invites every eligible woman to Camelot so you can find your wife like you promised in exchange for saving Merlin? Chaos. -

The Camelot Constabulary is a small, unassuming police station in the middle of Camelot, a small town in Wales, miles away from hussle and bustle of larger cities. Its newest addition to the team is the recently transferred Sergeant Merlin Emrys and his methods have been said to be mostly based on intuition or bollocks, as his colleague Arthur has stated. With his father, Uther Pendragon as the head of the station they are already in for a lot of shenanigans, but these only increase when Camelot somehow only presents them with peculiar murder cases. With these on their hands, Sergeant Emrys and Pendragon have to juggle their police duties and their underlying rivalry. Will they come out unscathed?
