He couldn’t go to Camelot after— after Arthur. They wouldn’t blame him, of course they wouldn’t blame him. He blamed himself, though. It had been his job to protect Arthur, to bring about Albion and the Once and Future King. It had been his job and he had screwed it up.
Despite what he may wish, Merlin must go back to Camelot to collect Arthur’s knights as they die. After all, they’ll be needed when the Once and Future King rises once more.

Summary
Mordred never meant to be knighted while being a teenager. It just sort of, happened. Yes, it was against the law to be a knight and be under 18 summers old, but that wasn't Mordred's fault. On top of that, Mordred was much more than a simple 15 year old.
With Morgana back in Camelot and everyone happier, Mordred can't help but think something will happen. And, something does in fact happen. After an incident in training, everyone finds out about Mordred's true age. After that, the people around Mordred find out more and more about how much Mordred has truly been hiding from them.
Things that all of them wished they could fix.

It’s been several hours since the fight that took his brother’s life and Chosen is still reeling. But there’s no time because all of that fighting caught the attention of hired mercenaries who have come to deliver punishment for Chosen’s crimes. While escaping, Chosen is hit and falls into the water. Before he has a chance to orient himself or recover, he’s surfacing somewhere totally new. Then going back under. Curse his inability to swim.
Merlin was sending off his king when the world decided to throw him a curveball in the form of a weird teenager who he had to save from drowning. He is so not in the mood for this.

They knew that Gwaine had been to almost every tavern in the lands, had a sister, and had traveled to the Perilous Lands at least once, maybe twice? Gwaine’s past was a mystery to all of them, even to Merlin, as much as he would rather not admit it. After returning from a patrol, they meet a woman who claimed to be Gwaine’s sister.
