Summary
"Maybe that was everything he was worth for. After all, he was just an alley cat. He never meant to be more, even if for a short lapse of time he allowed himself to think that he’d found his place in the world. But it was just a mirage, an illusion. Everything he thought he had carefully built was nothing but a house of cards. And now it collapsed right in front his eyes. Everything he believed in, everything he had promised and wanted to protect… Now it meant nothing."
"Trust me, My Lady. As I trust you."

Doctor Spencer Reid receiving a taste of his own medicine -because he says too much- by Morgan's childhood friend, aka the shameless reader.
A quick one shot because I've been seeing too much Criminal Minds lately and this idea popped in my head.

Summary
"All his life seemed like a constant struggle. It felt like he was chained, constantly fighting to get free, to get rid of the shackles every step he gave. Didn't matter what he did (everything he was asked for) and didn’t matter who got injured (himself, mostly). It was simple, but still and all felt like a constant battle. Something that was always holding him back, from reality, from feeling, from himself. He didn't have a good explanation, he wouldn't understand if he tried, he didn’t have a true reason, but he wanted to escape, that was it. For as long he remembered, he’d been fighting with that burden inside, he’d been battling that lost cause because. Just because. But no matter what he did, the shackles were there and nothing seemed to break them. So eventually he just stopped fighting, he stopped caring. No feeling at all was better than that feeling. And that was fine."

Alvin is having a rough time dealing with what he's feeling, and he's having even more trouble dealing with a nosy, stubborn Jude. He needs to shut him up because, if not, he'll ending up saying things he shouldn't say. Things he'll regret. -

Summary
"The main reason why they hadn’t won that game yet was, and Oikawa could tell even if the rest of the team seemed awfully oblivious, one clumsy Hajime Iwaizumi."
"His friend was always hard to read because he always had that permanent scowl in his face (seriously, Oikawa could definitely count with the fingers of his hands the times he’d seen Iwa-chan smile), but Oikawa could read him. And he was doing it now, and he didn’t understand or even realize what was happening with his friend but there was something."-
Where Oikawa realizes something is wrong with Iwaizumi during a practice match, but he could never have possibly imagined how wrong.
