Summary
After a year of construction, Hogwarts was ready to open its doors to students for another year. Most students are apprehensive about another year after the war, but Voldemort is dead, so it should be fine.
Harry Potter is one of those who's apprehensive. Mostly due to the fact he lost so many at Hogwarts and is unsure he can't handle any more loss. But recently, Harry Potter has realized - another year meant another year with Draco Malfoy.
Harry Potter has felt strange thinking about Draco these last months. He wondered how he was holding up. He shouldn't wonder, he should dismiss Draco - he almost killed him. And the strange feeling he gets when he thinks about him terrifies him.
It's not excitement, not contempt, it's strange. Maybe he wasn't such a villain, which only confused his feelings about Draco.
He knows he should hate him.
Yet, when he thinks about him, he feels strange. Potter had encountered confusion before - just never emotional confusion. He pushed the strangeness aside, telling himself he'd figure it out later. He would figure it out - but it wasn't the conclusion he planned for.

Harry wakes up two weeks after his 16th birthday having of turned into some sort of creature. He now all of a sudden has scales and wings, as well as instincts that keep telling him one thing. Let no one know. All of a sudden he's back at Hogwarts, trying to learn while his instincts suddenly start telling him something different than they have the past two months. What is he supposed to do now?
