Summary
Hi! Back in November, @ink-ity drew a Miraculous AU about Indian holders of the Ladybug and Black Cat miraculous on Tumblr. Needless to say, it inspired a fic! We have since collaborated and after a lot of thinking, bring to you, this new fic, with our OCs Lalitha and Maurya.
It is set in the time of the Indian Freedom Struggle, and begins in the year 1919. Lalitha Godbole and Maurya Alaparthi have endured and witnessed the consequences of the unfair laws established by the British rulers in India. They are frustrated because they are unable to do anything, until one day, they each find two boxes that contain magical jewellery.
Lalitha, with the Ladybug earrings, becomes Mangala, a symbol of all things auspicious and strives to fight the unjust Britishers and their laws.
Maurya becomes Shani, a righteous hero who fights for the people who are suffering due to the oppressors.
Disclaimer: Most things in this fic is a figment of two creative peoples’ imagination. However, there are some elements that were historically true and necessary to be incorporated into the story.

Summary
Marinette never thought she’d face pregnancy on her own.

Summary

10 years later Mirabel returns, but with her own familia to protect and no idea what happened all those years ago. Can this family be the guiding light she needs to remember who she was? Or will she be the light they didn’t know they needed to pull themselves back from the ashes?
