Summary
It started on July 25th, 2037. Dean had been only 8 years old on the day that the world ended. They called it The Blackout: the day all the adults fell asleep and never woke up again.
Fourteen years later, Dean is part of the Fighter/Anchor division of the H.C.A., the one and only defense in the war against the ones behind The Blackout— an alien race that live in a world parallel to our own. Together with his brother, Sam, they soon become the star team of Squadron #5.
Trouble starts for Dean when, after two years of working with his brother, he is forced to get a new Anchor. Castiel is quiet, caring, and stoic. Despite their high compatibility, Dean’s performance slowly drops while his nights become plagued by suspicious nightmares.
As the mysteries of this new world finally begin to unravel will they be able to make it to the other end in one piece or will the edges of the 5th Dimension pull at their consciousness until it snaps? In this world the weak can go mad, the lost may never come back, and your only chance to fight back… is love.

Prince Dean was always meant to be fortunate, all the fairies and witches in the kingdom of his father would shower him with gifts. However, one of them had a deep darkness in her heart and out of selfishness cursed him instead, condemning him to have everyone fall under his charm and never know true love. His only hope is to break the curse before his 21st birthday.
At first, Dean is lost. How can he fall in love when everyone he meets falls under his charm? He finds hope in a magic coin his mother left him and in search of that hope he sets out on a journey with his childhood friend, Castiel, as his companion. Castiel is the only person Dean has ever met to not be affected by his curse, he trusts him more than anyone else.
Is it possible for Dean to learn how to love and break his curse? Or was his fate sealed the moment the dark witch stepped next to his crib?

Dean Winchester lives in New York, reaping the rewards of his 8 years of college together with his lovely wife! Or he should be, instead he is single, hates his job, can't stand his boss, and lives with his little brother who keeps letting his “best friend” destroy Dean’s apartment. Things are headed for a change however, when after getting fed up with his unreasonable work conditions he quits his job in a fit of rage. Sadly, slamming the door behind on his boss didn’t leave him with the best reputation.Without a new job Dean’s current lifestyle is on the line, and no he is not letting Sam pay for the apartment with his shitty intern salary. Dean is a big boy, so he does what big boys do when no one will hire them in their industry: change industries. With Gabriel’s help Dean becomes the assistant to Fashion Photographer Castiel Novak. His new boss is eccentric, weird, and a complete mess - but what Dean does he does right, damn it! He will be the best assistant any photographer could ask for or fall in love trying!! Wait... what?
