His therapist tells him to keep a diary. He protests for precisely 5 minutes before his therapist shuts him up and throws him out (legally, he needs to say 'escorted' out, but who gives a shit).
So, despite how every fibre of his being screams, Frank Langdon, age 35, gets a diary.
Then comes the problem of filling it.
His first entry, as he so eloquently fills out in his scribbled handwriting, is: 'Dear Diary, I feel cool in the mirror, but I look dumb in pictures. See you tomorrow. -Me.'
