Summary
There's an old cabin in the woods, a worn and weathered thing, tucked away from prying eyes and unwanted responsibility. Officially, it's the Novak family's summer vacation home, but for a few days during the summer after graduation, Cas and Dean make it their own, spending their days dozing and swimming and hunting for snipes. The heat is relentless, the mosquitoes even more so, and it's the perfect place for Dean to settle into a niche he never thought he could fit.

Summary
When Castiel’s plans for the summer get cancelled and he’s left with nowhere else to go, Dean invites him to go home with him. It seems an easy solution to cure Castiel’s summer blues, but when they arrive at the Winchester household, Dean realizes due to a slight miscommunication with his mom he and Castiel will have to spend the summer sharing a bed and holding hands because the entire Winchester family thinks they’re dating.
And really it shouldn’t be that big of a deal because Dean Winchester isn’t actually in love with his best friend; except for that he is.
