Summary
“Where’s Will?” he asked, throwing away all the carefulness that had seemed important just minutes ago. A feeling of dread was creeping up the back of his neck.
“Still in the infirmary,” Kayla answered, her eyes weary.
Shit. How could Nico have been so self-absorbed? While he was praying and meditating in the calm of the forest, taking his time to absorb and accept the fateful news, Will had been trying to save three lives by the sweat of his brow. And one of them had still died under his fragile hands. How could Nico have been so egotistical as to vanish from camp when his boyfriend needed him the most? He began to run to the infirmary.
Or, there is a death at Camp Half Blood, and Nico and Will grieve differently.

“Nico…?” Will gently placed his hand on Nico’s shoulder, and then the younger did the dumbest thing he had ever done.
He kissed him.
Right there, in the middle of the infirmary, when he knew that Will was straight, damn it!
It only lasted a second. Nico quickly backed away, his face on fire.
“I’m sorry, I- I’m so sorry. Forget I ever did that.”
Just a fluffy fic of Nico and Will confessing their feelings for each other, and Nico is still trying to accept himself, and Will helps, and they kiss!
