So, Music Bank. It’s what Sunghoon does to keep himself sane, and to cope with the loneliness that sometimes accompanies the feeling of being surrounded by people you love so deeply. There’s a refreshing sort of detachment in his relationship with Wonyoung, and any commitment he has to her, any commitment he could make to her, wouldn’t be the same as that which he has with his members.
“Oppa,” Wonyoung says. She looks down and fiddles with the straw of her drink. “You don’t have to tell me if you aren’t comfortable, but I was wondering…”
She trails off, looking a bit guilty and embarrassed. “It’s okay, you can ask,” Sunghoon reassures her. A lot of people have asked in the past week, and for the first time, he feels completely relaxed, as if the moment isn’t real and for once there aren’t consequences. “I don’t mind, it’s just you.”
Wonyoung squeezes her carton of milk. “The rumors… are they true?”

Ahn Yujin went missing last year. A kidnapping, they say. But you find that there are way too many holes in that excuse. It doesn’t make sense. How could being kidnapped change someone like that?
You want to scoff.
What? Did the kidnapper force her to exercise while in captivity and fed her protein? That sounds as feasible as the theory that the principal is the devil incarnate, which—while you see the resemblance—is impossible.
Too bad you don’t get a chance to ask her what happened. What a shame.

Dahyun thinks about her response to the question earlier, when the host had asked curiously and Dahyun had simply replied, hardly giving it a second thought.
“Yeah?” It comes out like a question. Dahyun clears her throat. “Yeah. I would.” Sana blinks owlishly at her and Dahyun’s heart starts to stutter. “I mean, you’re so cute, who wouldn’t?” She tries to joke, grinning at the other girl. Sana doesn’t smile.
“What if you weren’t a guy?” Sana asks, and she’s not looking at Dahyun now. “What if you were just you?”
