The scene is sickeningly close to Raccoon City. Carlos sitting vigil at her bed, shitty hospital chair reversed so he can sleep without leaving her side or breaking her boundaries. She isn’t sure if it's the pain from her wounds or the thought of him still caring for her so intensely that sends a wave of nausea through her. She doesn’t want to dwell too long on the answer.
