All I can say without serious spoilers is that both knitting and Molotov cocktails feature prominently, the question of how livestock science works in the post-apocalypse is thoroughly explored, and by the end of the series you’ll probably have learned a few words of Finnish. It’s about grief, love, magic, chosen family, and connecting with nature. Written over the first half of 2018, and besides minor details compliant with canon as it was then.
