Carlos considered his boyfriend with a narrowed, calculating gaze. His ‘scorching hot detective look’ as TK liked to call it, even though Carlos was nowhere close to being a detective yet. And as TK instantly stilled, watching Carlos with rapt attention to see what he would do next, Carlos knew exactly how to solve this problem. Honestly, he was kind of disappointed in himself for not thinking of it sooner.
He abandoned the tea and rounded the counter, stepping closer to TK with clear intent as he said, as sultry as he could manage, “And what if I tried to change your mind, Mr. Strand?”
Or, the one in which TK is home from the hospital and Carlos has to come up with creative ways to keep him in bed
