It was light, it was the ability to feel the grass underneath her feet, to smell something as lovely as flowers, to have skin not tainted by dirt. It was the ability to not be stared at by others when she herself could not see them but only sense the energy flowing off of them in waves that disgusted her the way she disgusted others.
Calla viewed the world in one simple way, a puzzle she could not solve, and a prison whose bars she, herself, had created, so when she met those who viewed it the same yet still tried to destroy this cell, she could not help but wonder why she was so utterly different.
That was, until she started to observe again, and interact.or

Lapis has never hated studying, in fact in times of utter turmoil she finds it something that she is able to latch onto, like an anchor, shoving her mind into a place to explore more and more—comforting, knowing that one thing in her life is unable to change beyond expected capabilities, or capacities, either way, it’s just nice in more ways than one, but the only issue that has been plaguing her since the beginning of time is despite her putting adequate time into her research, she only gets the basic 60… barely passing…
Lapis is a new transfer student at a highly rated university, in fact, one of the highest more prestigious universities-Though, lapis is a special case, she’s not prodigy.
So, what is it that makes her so popular? Is it that she’s adopted sisters with one of the best medical students in the school? The highest rated general studies and communications student—or that the school heart throb and accidental heartbreaker, Calla Alastair, has decided to personally guide her around or in an easier sense, taken interest in the newbie.or
