Summary
Katsuki falls ill with symptoms of Hanahaki Disease. Since he is vaccinated for this deadly condition, he realizes he is having a rare reaction to the vaccine. In order to cure his symptoms, all he has to do is confess his feelings to the person he is in love with. They don't even have to reciprocate his feelings. He just has to tell them how he feels. It should be easy, right? But what if Katsuki has no idea who he is in love with.
Momo contracts Hanahaki Disease. She's been in love with someone for over two years and, unfortunately, he despises her. But Momo won't let this predicament affect her. She will use her logic to fall out of love with Katsuki Bakugou and cure herself of Hanahaki for good.
