Summary
The Batter is a simple, straight-forward person. Only made for a single purpose, his holy mission to rid the Zones of impure spirits, no matter the cost. He has the help of his Puppeteer to guide him through it all, to use their abilities as his compass.
They understand things in a way he can’t. See things and know things he has no way of attaining. He trusts them whole heartedly, that they will always use this information with him and his goal’s best interest in mind. Although he may not always be able to comprehend how or why they do the things they do, he knows it is always for the best.
Until he begins to question things. A frightening thought, when the person you question has complete control over you.
