It makes Lucy happy and Lucy has given him some of his humanity back. The least he can do for her is not be a miserable prick no matter how much he still hates Vault-Tec.
(And there's a bed with fresh sheets and a beautiful woman waiting for him.)

"Like what you see, babe?" Lucius struck a small pose along with a teasing wink.
"You're not taking this very seriously, are you Spriggs? Perhaps I shouldn't either then" Izzy turned to leave and Lucius broke.
"Alright alright, I'm sorry! I'll do whatever you want, b-" he caught his tongue. It was a force of habit to call his loved ones, babe.
"Prove it," Izzy lifted his chin as he adjusted his stance. "Lie down with your back on the desk and open yourself up for me."
