Reader is an agent of the Order of the multiverse: cold-blooded, logical and completely allergic to human feelings. Emotions? I only read about them in theory - and even then with notes.
But the System decided that to protect the multiverse, you need not only strength, but also... romance. Now she has not just a mission - to become the girlfriend of the Invulnerable, an ordinary-looking shy guy. Good luck to her, because the System also provided her with an ability related to emotions. Thanks, no thanks.
And when different versions of Mark start going crazy, creating interuniversal dramas and stalking her like an ex at full speed, the reader understands:
"I signed up for peace, order and a little flirting, and not a universal reality show with the Invulnerable."
Now she saves worlds, hearts and her own nerves - hopefully without crying from overload.Alas, she doesn't even know how to cry.
