Summary
It was another routine patrol on the edge of Mandalorian space, and Jango could have never anticipated what he and his squad would stumble into.
(aka: the guard and their greatest enemy fall through time, and only one of them makes it to the other side.)

Summary
Fox feels himself squirm again, though this time he’s not sure if he wants to break out of the cage of Quinlan’s body or live in it.
“What was that, Commander?” Quinlan asks with a husk to his voice that sends something careening through Fox’s spine.
Fox swallows and looks up with a hard, defiant stare. He’s still panting, but Quinlan’s breaths are infuriatingly even.
“I said,” Fox begins with a slow, rough voice, “You’re a fucking shabuir.”

Fox is already balancing his mood on the tip of a knife. Quinlan throws the aforementioned knife into a dumpster fire and decides to give Fox entirely new issues.
These problems are somehow worse, yet better.Bookmarked by Prowler

“Since when do cadets have parents?” Fox asked, switching over into Mando’a since apparently this little shit was too good for Basic.
The cadet glared up at him, panting after his latest efforts to break free. “Since I was born, asshole,” he said.
This was not helpful. “Since when were cadets born?”
The cadet looked at him like Fox was the crazy one. “I’m not a cadet.”
“What are you, then?”
“…A kid?”

Summary
The Princess, the Knight, and the Smuggler died, and that was it.
Qui-Gon Jinn wasn’t sure what he expected when he arrived in Mos Espa, but it certainly wasn’t a boy made of pure light, a scruffy-looking scoundrel, a not-Jedi with bright eyes deep as an ocean, and a small, sickly, sharp-tongued woman with longer-than-practical hair.
Leia, Luke, and Han were put on Tatooine to love and be loved by a person named Anakin and an enslaved woman with a heart worth its weight in rainfall. They were put on Tatooine to keep a promise and to change a past they’ll never have to live through.
It’s not fair; nothing is fair, nothing will ever be fair again. They don’t get “fair” because this story wasn’t theirs to begin with. If they do things right, it will never be.
