Summary
She once met a boy with shattered eyes. Eyes that glimmered with a broken sort of determination. The resolve that illuminated them caught every edge of a fragmented and fractured hope. It was not unlike looking at a smashed stain glass window. Beautiful in a mutilated and mourning sort of way. She wanted to fix them. Glue every crack back together. Replace every chip and chink of long lost asperations. Then maybe, when the shattered pieces of his eyes were assembled into one whole piece, they would no longer glimmer with that somber splintered resolve.
