Summary
Bokuto joins Akaashi's school, and is partnered up with him on an art project worth a high percentage of their grade. Bokuto's extroverted personality compared to Akaashi's blunt voice makes for lots of misunderstandings and banter, but they grow to love eachother unconditionally despite their differences. While akaashi will never say it out loud, showing Bokuto his most special hiding spot in his town is a love confession in it's own way.
It's a pity the branches on the oak are weaker than the bond the boys share.

A sweet romance about bonding over shared aspirations, with deeper themes of mistreatment and ptsd portrayed mainly by Gabi.
