Summary
Kurt has gone out to the forest to collect apricorns to fashion pokeballs out of. It's usually a pretty dull, laborious task that doesn't differ from one day to the other. This time's different, though; this time he runs into a small child who seems more excited than worried about the chances of running into aggressive, wild, bug type pokemon.
With little else he can do, he takes the kid with him to harvest, and maybe even shows him how to make a pokeball while he's at it.

Sort of some headcanon backstory for Bugsy as I want to write him more outside of shipping contexts. It probably won't get as many views as my usual shipping content but I really love this guy and I want to put the specimen under the microscope. -
