Summary
With the defeat of All for One, the world could finally begin to heal. But Cathleen Bate, the legendary Star and Stripe and number one hero of the USA, was lost as well. Lets just say that America didn't take that very well. Without the invincible pillar to hold things up, the hero system in America collapsed, and soon after the entire system.
This is the story of the Divided States of America, and how two young bastards and lunatics survived it together. Ones a living weapon bred for mass destruction, and the other eats trouble for breakfast. They aren't friends yet, they're hardly partners, but by the end of it all, they'll be brothers or dead.
