Summary
Wukong chased off the Demon King of Confusion from Flower Fruit Mountain centuries ago. His army had been decimated and surely he wouldn't be stupid enough to try to take on the Monkey King again. However Wukong wasn't there, he was trapped under a mountain after their failed attempt at taking over the Celestial Realm. Havoc was back with a vengance and this time Macaque was the only one strong enough to defend their subjects, and this time they couldn't depend on Wukong to arrive to save the day. Though he was still the Queen of Flower Fruit Mountian and no matter what it took he would defend their people.

If you asked Wukong, he'd blame Macaque.
If you asked Macaque, he'd blame Wukong.
In truth, the blame lies within both, something deep and primal that they have forgotten lies in wait for the moment it could rear its head, something that invades the mind and releases the chains holding down long-hidden feelings. One thought he was rid of it, the other thought he could control it, yet neither could have expected that nature would prevail.
It is the season for it after all.

“What- But I’ve told you before! This guy is a siren. He will drown us all the moment we sail to the open sea!”
Macaque stood his ground in the middle of the deck. He just finished their stupid test of strength to prove his worth to the morons that run this ship. But one of them sneered at him, their face contorted into a disgusting flair of mocking smile while they circled Macaque like some big shot, despite Macaque knowing for sure that Azure- the big lion guy with blond hair and pink-ish eyes is their captain.
“Six Eared Macaque, did you lose your sanity the moment you lost everything?” The bird demon holding their laugh, their crewmates were silent but Macaque could tell from the faces surrounding him that it would be fruitless endeavour trying to warn some idiots something that could cost them their lives crossing the sea.
Sun Wukong, the asshole that killed and drowned everything he ever owned to the deepest sea, took the opportunity to act all innocent as the Captain shield him from Macaque’s piercing gaze.
Good, great, fucking awesome.
