“From Daegu, Kim Taehyung.”The winner. That’s him. Kim Taehyung. Kim Taehyung is the winner of the lottery and is now the fifteenth and final candidate in the cut-throat competition to determine the next heir of Korea.
Taehyung thinks he has his life all planned out until he’s unexpectedly put in the competition of a lifetime for the throne of Korea, alongside 14 other participants from Sejung Academy that are much more experienced than him, having trained for this their entire lives. Including the arrogant and equally entrancing prodigy Jeon Jeongguk, who will do anything to get it.

“And?” Jihoon pressed, not taking his eyes off the dish in front of him.
“And they’re really nice?” Jungkook replied, feeling the heat extend further down his neck at the weak admission.
Jihoon glanced over at him and shot him an unimpressed look. “I was under the impression we didn’t like your soulmates,” he deadpanned, glancing down at the cheerful writing on Jungkook’s hand again.
Jungkook sighed and leaned fully against the counter, “Me too.”
OR
Jungkook thinks his soulmates don't want him. His soulmates wholeheartedly disagree with that assumption.

Summary
Namjoon is a Librarian, tasked with protecting the books. He loves the books and the books? The books love him back. He is content with his life but the books do not want him to be content, the books want him to be happy. And thus it is that the books find six others to make him happy. Because books have a way of finding the person who needs them at exactly the moment the book is needed the most.
The librarian/coffeeshop/university magic realism AU that my heart decided it needed to read. Absolutely necessary amounts of discussion of books and love for books.
