Your father, a dwarf who had fled Erebor, found your mother in Bree. As a young hobbit, daughter of the Old Took, she had taken to working in The Prancing Pony where the passing travellers shared stories from the wider world. Satisfying much of her need for excitement and adventure.
It didn’t take long for the two to grow friendly, then court and in time, marry. Once she found out she was with child, the two of them moved to Buckland where they could raise the little one (you) in a quieter, safer place.
You grew up with a strong love of adventure that never faded.
This is a re-telling of The Hobbit. A slow burn Thorin/Reader story where you become part of the company and join Thorin, Bilbo and the others in the quest to re-take Erebor.

Whether it was the stress of the journey or the fact that your body had rarely ever worked 'normally' you weren't sure but as the only female member of the Fellowship you'd managed to go so far without any issues.
You'd held your own in fights, kept up with the walking and you'd held your complaints much better than the hobbits had. Getting across the mountain and through the freezing waist deep snow had been a nightmare but you would do that again now. Instead of this.
Males. You thought and swallowed, one hand moving to your stomach, hugging yourself and you bit back a wince, how could you expect any of them to understand?
A comfort fic about how certain members of the Fellowship might react to a reader who's struggling with period pains.

Summary
I always found myself disappointed that Saul wasn't one of the romanceable options in Cyberpunk and so this story has been swirling around my head, and in my writing drafts, for some time now. I figured I'd give myself a push and just publish it.
It follows the Aldecaldos missions with quite a lot of the in-game dialogue, texts, and some extra added here and there to - hopefully - make it flow better. Maybe, just maybe, someone else might stumble across this and if you do and you like it, then I'm grateful.
It starts from the very first phone call V makes to Panam and goes from there. I've included V's friendships with Panam and a few more appearences of our RockerBoy Johnny because I think him and V becoming friends adds a lot to V's own growth as a character.
A long story depicting the slow burn romance between V (Cyberpunk 2077) and Saul Bright (Cyberpunk 2077 leader of the Aldecaldos).
